Eat Just to sell lab-grown meat in Singapore, would you pay more or be willing to buy lab-grown meat?

Apparently it's a cell-cultured chicken. Eat Just describes the Singapore government’s review and regulatory approval as a “world first.”

Why pay more for lab-grown meat instead of a regular meat? There is no shortage of food in Sg. In fact, singaporean waste ton of food every year. Too much food, too much choice.

I’m just curious, as a male in his young 20s with fulltime job paying 2-3k before cpf. Are there any ways to make use of buying and selling property in singapore to earn big bucks?

Are there any tax implications (US and Singapore) when buying Gold ETFs such as SGOL, which is traded in the NYSE? How would we pay / report these taxes?

Is TD Ameritrade best for buying and selling in US market? 0 commission fee, does it mean we do not have to pay any fee when buy sell shares and etfs using their platform? Or there are other fee?

Do you invest in the STI? Singapore's market is very niche and that will also mean it can be risky to invest in Singapore stocks. Would you encourage people to buy Singapore stocks?

I will most probably be buying a house in 4-5 years time. Would you advice to save up the house fund in bank or buy safe stocks and sell it 4-5 years later to fund for housing expense (reno etc.)?
