During this period of COVID-19, how is my Allied World Travel Protector policy being affected?

During this period, they will not provide cover under its travel insurance policies for any claims related directly or indirectly to the pandemic. By directly/indirectly they mean if the place you go to or was planning to go to has cases of the virus then the Allied World Travel protector insurance does not cover you. (basically almost everywhere in the world right now is not being covered). As World Health Organisation has declared the virus as a pandemic, any claims related directly/indirectly to COVID-19 will not be allowed regardless of destination (started from 12 March onwards)
