Does anyone have any experience buying from mobile retailers like Kasia and Mobile Sq?

It's my first time getting a phone at full price, instead of getting it through a contract.

A little worried and not sure what to look out for when purchasing from these retailers.

Please share your experiences/reviews! Any other recommendations for where else I can buy phones from would be great too. Looking at either iPhone 11 (258GB) or Samsung S10.

I got a 2nd hand phone from mobile square before. The shop is alright. The handset depends on luck, thus mine wasn't good and i managed to go back and get it for exchange and again with issue and they change it for me again.
For new handset, it's reliable. I've seen and had a few friends sold their telco recontract handset to them directly to get fast cash. Those would like to sell for higher price and willing to wait would go sell directly at carousell, which is cheaper than all these shop. They are basically the same as you can request for the telco receipt from seller when transact, that you'll know it's a brand new authentic handset.

is another recommended by my Tech friend where you can compare if you only wanna get from these shop. Otherwise, carousell offer the best deal!
