Do you recommend first time investors to invest in REITs or the REIT ETF (fund)?
I've been hearing from fellow community members about the idea of REITs and went to read up more. But after awhile I was confused because it seemed like there are many to choose from. Would you instead recommend me just to invest in REIT ETF instead?

Good book to read for understanding reits.
There are many metrics to look at a reit, not just solely dividend yield.
