Do I still qualify for the 60,000 miles if I haven't activated my SCB X card despite it being activated in Dec 2019?
With the new sign up bonus (30,000) in force currently. Do I still qualify for the 60,000 miles since my card was approved in Dec 2019 but not activated. I applied for SCB X card and it was approved in Dec 2019 but I have yet to activate the card

Yes i think you still qualify as it is when your card was approved date, not activated date.
But best thing to do is to call them to confirm this. Cheers!
