CQQQ vs KWEB

Hi I am relatively new to investing (Started this year January) but have been interested into investing for quite some time(Been reading up a little).

Currently CQQQ and KWEB are down 5.22% and 18.24% respectively. Did a quick search and found out both have a few common holdings.

Which would you buy into since the dip is attractive now? And why?

Note: Personally have some Alibaba shares
