Personally I feel that BOC Sheng Siong Card is recommended only if you do your grocery shopping at Sheng Siong. This is because you will earn 7% cashback on Sheng Siong spending with no minimum spending. If you do your grocery shopping in NTUC Fair price or Giant, this card is not recommended. Just my personal opinion.
