Can anyone explain how I got 2.35% from BOC Smartsaver? I did my own calculations and got a different number instead. Any advice?

If i input $60k balance, salary $2500, monthly credit card $500, Monthly bill $600 (3 bills). I got 2.35% from BOC smartsaver. Shouldn't it be 0.8+0.8+0.35 = 1.95%? Can anyone explain how to get 2.35?
