Bursaries for university even with scholarship already?

Currently living off my scholarship living allowance in university, I would like to ask if there are any bursaries that I can apply for to get extra cash to grow my money in SSB? MOE bursaries states that "Recipient must not hold any other scholarships or bursaries or free aid without the prior approval from the University"

We understand the need to have more cash to yourself. But scholarship and bursaries are already enough for the deserving. Taking more, as what Kah Hwee mentioned, is depriving those in need too.

We hope you can pay it forward with the scholarship you received already.

Highly doubt it. You'll just be denying people who really need the bursaries of the chance to get the bursary. No go.
