I'm looking to invest $2500 in S&P500 ETF. I feel that investing through kristal.Ai seems like the most convenient option. I'm looking at BLACKROCK CORE SP 500 UCITS ETF or STATE STREET S&P 500 ETF. I understand that BLACKROCK would have lower tax withholding. However, it has a minimum investment of 10 units (cost around SG$4200), means I would need to take out $1700 from my emergency funds. Just wondering if the tax withholding will make a lot of difference if I'm buying around 10 units?

30% vs 15% witholding tax componded annually seems a huge difference to me.
