Between a HDB loan and a bank loan, which is a better loan to take? Or the one with less disadvantages?

I am trying to make my decision between a HDB loan or a bank loan.

If u buy house for long term staying, HDB loan.

if your planning is for short term housing investment, maybe bank interest for first 3 years can be attractive.
