At what point should you or do choose to sell a stock to make a profit when it is falling? How do you come to this decision?

Never. Buy more when drop.
While Singaporean panic buy toilet paper, i panic buy stock😆

I’m never sure when to sell my stocks and can't make the difference between it's a bad stock and time to let go versus it's just paper losses and temporary. Do you guys have a selling strategy?
