Are there any investments (MAS regulated preferably) with projected returns >10% pa (~12-15% pa)?

Hi guys, I am looking for investments >10%. open to suggestions.
Becos my portfolio consists of bonds ~1-2% yield, CPF (2-4%), REITS (5-7%), stocks, unit trusts and robos (7-10%) and crowdfunding (~10%). now looking for higher yielding investments to boosts my returns.
Not an accredited investor. If I was, dun say 10%, even 25% also hve. haha.
Open to suggestions, except attending some CB BS wealth guru courses.
Many thanks.

Hi Woo,

Besides what has been mentioned already, have you looked at leveraging to boost your returns?

If you are already making, say, 7% on your stocks, and you can do this consistently with the proper risk management in place, leveraging can increase the return to the level you desire.

It's very important to have proper risk management because the wrong movement of the market can lead to margin calls and more than wipe you out.

Hi there,

You can opt to do it through a financial advisor and allocate a large percentage of your portfolio on Tech-related funds. So far the 10 year annualised returns are approximately 18% but do note that these are considered high-volatility equities and past performance are not guaranteed. The large Drivers of growth in the indexes, whether Hang Seng or S&P500 are typically tech companies so that can be an option for you.

Financial planning is an integral part of life. You can reach me here to find out more.
