How effective are these platforms for selling your artwork? Did you manage to sell a substantial amount of orders? Is their customer support service good? Will you continue to use these platforms?

I listed a bunch of designs up a couple years ago and just let it be (a side hobby thing I guess, I'm not an artist), and I've been getting average USD8-10/mth. I didn't market my products so you'd probably get more sales if you did. Never interacted with the customer support too.

Hey Anon! Nice to see another creative around here. I have sold my artwork back in schooling days. I have used Society6 and Redbubble for close to 2 years. The stuffs I sold are mainly pets design to be printed on mugs, throws, pillows, and print.
I managed to earn around $40 USD per month after half year of setting it up. The traffic are organic and built up through SEO.
I have not use their customer service before but I would say back in 2014, Society6 already have better audiences and customers as compared to Redbubble.
I remembered Society6 have higher pricing commission as compared to Redbubble but offer more flexibility in terms of how you crop your product for POD (print on demand).
I have stopped since 2016 after I graduated and enter the industry because I do not have time to manage it.โโโ
