Anyone recommendations on non commissioned insurance agents?

I have come to appreciate non-commissioned FA more. They are paid a fixed salary and do not hardsell useless products. For eg, they are more willing explain hospitalization plans to prospects. Commissioned agents are less wiling to do so. Currently I know of Sonylife (independent financial advisers) and Aviva (direct sales channel). Anyone know of other examples?
