Anyone here who is a diploma grad and still doing well at work and earning decent pay?

Am a diploma grad and haven’t went to uni. Prefer to work than to study but feel a bit pressurised that most people have a uni cert and most job requirements ask to have a degree. Feel like taking up part time uni for the sake of it.
