Sometimes, by the time I get the cashback, I actually don't recall the purchase already!

This is not just for Shopee actually. When you shop online with Shopback for other accepted merchants, the cashback takes a couple of months before you can cashout.

This is also not exclusive to Shopback. Most cashback apps takes a few months for payout the cashback amount.

Some reasons of this are:

1. The merchant only pays cashback apps after the end of the calendar month (or later) in which the transaction occurred

2. It ensures that you didn't cancel or exchange the products you purchased.
