Anyone have Frasers Com Trust and Frasers L&I Trust?

No i do not have, however expect cost savings from the merger because instead of paying two board of directors millions, Fraser will be paying one set of board of directors millions,so money is saved

I have a position in FLT in cash, but non in FCOT. From what I have seen in the prospectus, the highs of this merger include it being yield accretive, and the fact that there will be more properties in the pipeline under ROFR to help the REIT grow (over $5 billion from what I see). Debt headroom will be increased as well, which should provide buffer for them to acquire new properties. I haven't studied the full annoucement in details yet, but it does look promising. FCOT needs this more since they have a higher concentration risk from only a few properties (anyone remember when HP vacated?).
