I made a payment in the morning with Grab Pay Mastercard and in the afternoon I got a message that I was refunded by Grab. I'm quite confused because I didn't ask for a refund. Has anyone experienced this?
It is an intermittent issue that happens randomly. Their network is still not fully stable. Best to contact Grab Support Hotline! The Physical card is much more stable!
Hey there! I had some issues with my GRAB digital card before, but not my GRAB physical card.
You can definitely check with them to figure this out also! (based on the community so far, seems ok)
You may wish to check with the merchant or Grab on the reason for the reversal.
