The main thing is that you have to be an NTUC union member to get the NTUC Plus! card. Overall, I would say the NTUC Plus! is better cause the discounts offered is higher. With the NTUC card, you get 8% off at fair price, unity, and warehouse club as compared to the OCBC Plus! the card that only gives you 4% off (with minimum spending of $200 on both cards).​​​
