Any advice on the CAR / CKR Assessment?

I've been investing in various Local Products and Stashaway over the past 2 years, and now I would like to try directly investing into one or more of the well-known International Exchange Traded Index Funds.

The thing that keeps getting in my way is the CAR / CKR Assessment. Outside of relevant educational and work experience, the last way is for one to have investment experience in the very products that they are gatekeeping, which seems like a Catch-22. Am I missing something simple?
