Advice needed on nvgi/ven vici/ vmore stocks ?

Pretty sure someone b4 asked about nvgi, venvici, their shares. A friend told me that this company is listed on otc market.How is it possible for market cap of company to increase where shares not released to public(sold internally, called packages) and and stock price stagnant? need advice from those who know alot of how the market works and answered similar qns on nvgi before.
