Asked on 30 Dec 2020
I am currently under company A plan but looking to switch to company B as they offer better premiums and benefits. However i recently went for an investigation for a condition I currently have, which turned out to be completely harmless. However B has excluded me from that condition's cancer due to the investigation done.
I want to ask if I should accept B's plan with the exclusion or remain in the worse off A's plan.

Talk to your agent from insurer B. Is there a way to remove the exclusion?
Best time to get this discussion done is near / during month / quarter / year end period when insurers are pushing for closing sales.
