A bit confused, how did September private home sales in Singapore hit two-year high? Did a lot of people buy in to hold for investments or?

Developers, after the Hungry Ghost month, revved up launches in the city-fringe and more buyers opted to trade up to this location. In addition, SGreans and PRs feel it is a safer alternative investment.
