~300 each a month is probably not a significant amount of money to compare interest rates per se, at least not for the first 2 years. Perhaps what you can focus on would be which credit card may be more offer more rebates/mileage for you when paying for wedding/BTO/reno/kids/education, and when your savings accumulate or you credit salary, what's recommended would probably change...

The best place depends on your interests - is it food, photography, adventure or culture? In general, the SEA region would probably offer a decent mix of the above, or perhaps even some countries that are slightly further like Korea or Australia (but you need to try and aim for off-peak travel and dorms, perhaps).

It depends on the categories which you spend more on and the merchants you frequent. Or you can have both cards, for those spending categories that POSB provides lower rebates with, use AMEX...

I had a flight delay (over a day) when travelling and claimed it from FWD. It was quite smooth and fuss free.

There's Insider rates for Agoda. I'll usually compare between Agoda, Booking.com and the hotel itself Sometimes it is cheaper to book directly and you have more room for negotiations (e.g., late check out) orommunication. Note though that Agoda etc may not include taxes in the discounted rate that appears. E.g., service tax However if all else is equal and you know you're likely to be travelling frequently, you can consider Agoda so as to maximize the rewards. I personally like it's interface better. So long as you remember to check the total price before you book..

If you're spending more on online purchases, you can try Frank by ocbc. It offers 6% for online rebates. Note: cashback is capped at 60 http://www.frankbyocbc.com/products/cards/credit-card/ Depending on the number of restrictions you're willing to handle and whether you are likely to hit the minimum spend, whether you'd go beyond the cashback cap etc, you can also try a more straightforward cashback card like SCB Unlimited.
