Yes. Would recommend that you should spend sometime doing paper-trades in and marging funanced trading system to ensure you understand the techniques needed to manage your portfolio and the risks inveolved before you shift to real portfolio management. Yes, margn will amply your growth, but if you dont manage your portflio well, it will also magnify your losses.

Medical industry will always have a strong market regardless of economic cycles. Medicall costs are expected to keep rising. hence Reits that based on the healthcare or medical sectors will be the best bets for Singapore in terms of safety as well as long term good performance.

Preferable neither, if you invest in fundamentally good stocks you will get much better growth even with short time durations. You should keep money in bank to cover expenses for 6 months, Rest you should invest.

1. That starting investing as early as possible even with a small quantum, uing basic strategies of buying fundamentally good companies is better that losing a few years in order to accumulate a large quanum to get access to complex and expensive products and markets. 2. Over a long enough time horizon, such as (10 - 12 years) property investing will never go wrong, so you should not wait to time the market.

The earlier you can start your investing journey the better. The power of compounding together with reinvesting your dividends and regularly investing your savings will give your portfolio growth that you never imagined could be possible in as short as 5 to 8 years time.

Invest in yourself first, i.e. upgrading your skills and knowledge, In the long term this is what will give you the biggest growth in portfolio. Then Invest in fundamentally good companies that have had a track record for last 5 years of showing consistent growth and positive cahsflow. You will get positive results if you are willing to stay invested for 5-8 years even if you dont worry about timing the market and regardless of how the market performs in general. Keep investing regularly and continuously. This also means that you should be able to save regularly towards your investments.
