I guess for me, i am motivated by progress. I like to challange myself and i do feel great sense of accomplishment in achieveing them. It can be something small like doing 1 more push up than the day before or improving your skills at cooking! :) For me, it all started when i wanted to maximise a 30days class pass to different gyms. I wanted to see how much i could bring down the cost of each class since i've paid a fixed amount. 1 month passed and i managed to go for 44classes in 30days, bringing my cost per class to about 3dollars a time! I was hooked! So ever since, i do like to set out goals that i would like to achieve and do my best in testing those limits. The satisfaction you get accomplishing your goals = priceless! Always remember the reason why you set that goal and you will be motivated!
