I'm an incoming uni grad. My 54y/o mum wants me to use her CPF but I'm hesitant. Loan amount would be 50k for a 5 year degree. What are the pros and cons of taking it with her account?

Take bank loan. Work during your uni years. Pay it off 1 shot after end of your uni. I did it before. Though but no regret. University attendance is not compulsory anyway. Get those job that pays you at least 10$/hr

If you are the type who donā€™t want to do homework on your own. Try the following: 1) Find a fund manager from bank to manage your money 2) ownself buy etf (sti etf or reit etf) are good If you willing to research 1) stock market 2) p2p lending

This card sucks now due to the limit we can keep in it and also spend per year. Hopefully they will revert back to past.

Suggest to look at other fund rather than s&p. S&P fund is too pricey and wont get much even if dca. Try tqqq or qqq if you want to invest in similar stuff to s&p index
