Which credit card (cashback) would you recommend for monthly utility payment (e.g town council fee, broadband, electricity and water etc)?

Some town councils have tie-ups with certain credit cards. If your town council doesn't and you don't spend much hence cannot qualify for higher minimum spend for most credit cards, I recommend Standard Chartered Unlimited Cashback card. I hope this helps :)

For a person who doesn't spend much, hence cannot hit most credit card minimum spend to qualify for higher cashback, the best ones I find are: 1) Citibank SMRT: many coffee and fast food at least 4.7% cash back + groceries and most online at least 2.7% cashback 2) Standard Chartered Spree: contactless and online at 2% 3) Standard Chartered Unlimited: most, even town council at 1.5%. I hope this is useful for many Budget Babe followers :)

Should I change my CC from SMRT Citibank to SCB unlimited cashback or SCB Spree or not?

Hello, I use all of them, whichever gives higher cashback for that particular transaction. One thing to note: Citibank SMRT gives 0.3% more if you hit the $300. I hope this helps :)
