Hello! I use YouTrip for my transport every day! You're right that SimplyGo doesn't work in the best ways where the transactions all appear in one lump sum either on your debit/credit card statement. However I doubt it's a YouTrip app interface problem, it's just the way SimplyGo charges, as I experienced the same for my other cards. That said, my advice is to download "TL SimplyGo" from your app store, and add your YouTrip card to it - you immediately see all the transaction records from every ride, and will be notified on new ones too :) Hope this helps!
