I am planning to use all the red packet and cash presents for our child, to save and invest it until she is entering university, to use it to pay her school fees. Where should we put the money in?

Assuming you started to invest for your child right after they were born, you have almost 20 years timeframe to invest. I suggest putting the money into ETFs. Even if market crashes, there is opportunity to wait for rebound. However, 5 years before anticipating the usage and withdrawal of money, start putting the money into low risk investment such as bonds.

Insurance definitely not qualified for cashback. Any payment made through AXS is also not entitled.

DBS Debit Card for sure. Gives you 3% cashback for min spending of $400 per month. However, do read their terms and conditions on the eligible spendings

Long term for sure. Warren Buffett is a strong believer in it.

Depends on your needs. I will recommend those credit cards that provide monthly cashback instead of quarterly. It'll be much easier as you do not need to track your spending quarterly, which I find it a hassle. However, if you are those who travel a lot, either personally or work purpose, do consider miles.
