Love kids. Need to plan to amass a lump sum to lock in before life stage changes. If not, the catch up will be harder with shorter life to compound and with greater expenses. Start somewhere NOW!

When I feel my assets are getting sizeable and by not crafting an effective last will, family members might fight over the estate. It is loving to them that I should state in my will clearly.

Have a short term and long term game plan. Pay yourself in each of these goals. Then have guilt free spending later on. Don't shortchange yourself. Perhaps your friends are earning, saving or investing more diligently than you thought!

Under 40s, I would look dividends, distributions, interests. Under 60s, I might look at self-run business profits. Under 90s, probably could rent my property if I get to stay with my children and their family.

By spreading the net wide, these companies could ensnare more people and some are blur card spenders and users, hence they profit from their late fees and interests. Annual fees I waived are also a revenue generator.

I would try to use a separate card than my usual one. This is to ensure I could cancel the spare card due to card info being misused without much inconvenience to my regular spendings and shoppings.
