CIMB Visa Signature would suit you very well. 10% cashback on online spend (Taobao, iHerb, Lazada, Zalora, travel websites), wine & dine (F&B), and grocery (NTUC FairPrice). However, there is a $600 minimum spend, and a $50 rebate cap from each category. See: https://www.cimbbank.com.sg/en/personal/products/cards/credit-cards/cimb-visa-signature.html EDIT: CIMB has revised their card benefits. It's $800 minimum spend with $20 rebate cap now. Please check with CIMB for more details.

Whichever gives you more value. Even though Kaligo has 10x miles, they often mark up the prices more than other online travel agents (OTAs). Do a quick calculation to see whether the additional cost is worth the 10x miles, and whether the 10x miles earned is worth more or less than the 1 free night. All these depend on 1. the additional cost, 2. your personal valuation of a mile, and 3. choice of hotel property for the 1 free night.

Redeem a full ticket. Upgrades are a poor use of miles as they cost up to 59% of a Business Class redemption ON TOP of the price of the Economy Class ticket. You can learn more about it in the Milelion workshop Frequent Flyer Programs Demystified: https://milelion.com/events/workshops/

How much do you spend in a year? It doesn't have to be big ticket expenses; your monthly expenses (phone bills, groceries, Grab, public transport, movie tickets, dining out, etc.) will all add up. A one-way Business Class ticket to Hong Kong costs 30,500 miles. At the optimal 4 mile / dollar strategy, it'll cost $7,625 worth of spending. That's $635 / month, or $165 lesser than the $800 minimum spend required for OCBC 365. How to get 4 mile / dollar: https://milelion.com/credit-cards/guide/

Yes, you can. There'll be services fees involved: https://www.singaporeair.com/enUK/us/ppsclub-krisflyer/forms-and-fees/service-fees/ The easiest way is to cancel your SQ J Saver, redeposit the miles (USD75), and book your new SQ Suites Saver. It'll cost the same as changing date (USD25), route (USD25), and cabin class (USD25).

It depends on how much you spend in a year. Two round-trip Business Class tickets to Europe on Saver will cost you 92,000 miles (one-way) 2 (round-trip) 2 (two pax) = 368,000 miles. The optimal strategy is to achieve 4 miles / dollar (not taking sign-up bonuses or promotions into consideration). That will take about 368,000/4 = $92,000 . How much do you spend in a year? If you spend $36,800 a year, it'll take about 2.5 years. Most optimal card set up: https://milelion.com/credit-cards/guide/
