Would you recommend using Shopback Go?

Yes definitely! The rates defer but on shopping holidays/ sale periods, you can get really good upsized cashback (10-15% on top of store discounts). The whole process is so seamless as well. Just install a web add-on for Shopback on your computer and you can toggle it on and off. For shopback Go, it's even easier because you only need to register your card once, then just use that card to pay as usual. No scanning of QR codes or activating anything at all. The rates may not always seem like a lot, but it's free and you can stack rewards, so why not? The cashback is usually locked for a few months before you can withdraw it too so it's like a little saving (while shopping) plan ūüėĚ

Yes Krisflyer is free! It is just an account for you to track your miles. As for the miles card, it depends on your spending. If you have planning to have big expenses next year, you could look out for cards with attractive sign up bonuses (with certain minimum spend). It really depends on what you spend on as well, for example if you travel a lot for work and have a lot of overseas spend then you can get a card with better mpd (miles per dollar) overseas e.g. UOB Privi miles. And if you want to fly SQ, getting a Krisflyer co-brand card (UOB, AMEX) would be easier than transferring using another card. Don't forget that there are other ways to fund your trip! Rewards cards can also be good to earn miles with up to 4mpd (e.g. UOB PPV, HSBC Revolution, etc.). If you are happy flying budget carriers, you could go for a cashback card too! Think about whether what you fly and which carrier you fly makes a difference to you and what you spend on the most.

ATM withdrawals are not permitted in Singapore. Anything over the above limits is charged at 2% of value of ATM Withdrawal."

Yes it does! It's 3.1mpd for the first $200 and 1.1mpd for anything more than that. You can also think of it as 1.1mpd for any credit card spend at all, with additional 2mpd for your first $200 spend on grab per month.
