You seem to have already rejected him due to your beliefs. Have you given him a chance to explain why his still recommending? If no, consider that. After which you can firmly reject without having to be polite. If you are plain not interested, just be firm. Friend is friend. Work is work. He is advising you as a professional. Rejections are part of being professional.

I feel like everyone takes advantage of me at work because I'm nice. Should I change my behaviour to stop people from giving me undesirable tasks?

Nope you should change job. People take advantage of you because they are that type of people rather than because you are nice. Other nice people won't take advantage of you but instead boost you up using your nice character. Changing your behavior might become a 1 way road.

You might want to mention what is your field. There are some fields where having a degree does not necessary matter. Generally the answer is yes.

Internship is much better if this is your choice of career. It's not require but it helps. Who knows you might even decide to switch after going through it. Make sure You do it seriously though.

My boyfriend is a heavy smoker, and he smokes a pack a day. How do I convince him that there's no benefits to it, and he can better spend the money elsewhere?

Throw his PS4 out the window or something similar. Then say. That's on you for smoking and throwing away money on top of life and health and future baby. Do it tactfully.

Short answer why not? Long answer. What is your field? Number of years? Reason for change? There's too many variables for another person to answer you. Every field have it's ups and downs. Some may even advise you to switch to selling property or insurance. I would say if you enjoy it, you think it is a good path. Do it. Someone else with a better track in another field will say that field is better than HR. E.g.: I'm IT, IT is better than HR. It is correct from my POV. Now a HR person could also say yes HR is good. But that's from that person's POV. It doesn't mean it will be good for you as well.

I've graduated for nearly a year without being able to find a FT job. Recently I got a job offer that does sales, which I'm not keen on doing. Should I just accept this offer?

Having a job versus no pay do nothing. I would say yes. Also depends on your fields market, if you think it was just a down turn and you should be able to get a job in 6 months, i would consider no. But consider part time to have some income. Unless not required.

My boss quit about 9 months back, and he is not being replaced. Instead, I am taking on his jobs because I am the most senior among the team. Is it right for me to ask for a promotion or raise?

Yes. It Also depends. It is common to work above your station as well as take on more as a form of trial of whether you can handle it. Also consider maybe your boss role is an extra Promotion comes later. If it has been 6 months and there's substantial efforts to take on the extra load, totally yes.

If unreasonable is the order of the day, i would suggest not rising up to it. Just smile and apologise. Life goes on. You have already said it's unreasonable. Thus there's no point in refuting with logic.
