It's good to be able to share to know your worth, however it is "illegal" in some companies to disclose your salary as it may cause tension and unhappiness in workplace. Maybe you can compare with your friends from similar role and industry instead. But hey, comparison is the root of unhappiness. Sometimes it's good to be ignorant.

Really depends on your situation (family expenses, debts etc.). There is no right or wrong answer because there's no way to find out if the other choice was better if you have already made it. Many degree holder felt like they wasted their time while many people I know without degree envy the degree holders. Grass is always greener on the other side, only you can make decision for what's best for yourself! Good luck!

Yes it is one of the best but you do have to take into consideration your savings, spending, salary etc. You can definitely try using the seedly to Best Savings Account tool to have a good gauge on which is the best account for your situation.

You can always start with savings account (use the seedly compare savings account tool) to get abit more passive income. If you are not looking to be an active investor you can always look for SSB, Fixed Deposits or ETFs.

Not sure if your long work hours is due to OT (which can be reduced), but do try to adjust your work style and if need to, bring your work home to do. OT-ing (in the office) is a very bad habit and it will go on for as long as you work. Yes I do understand that some people have strict rules on themselves to not bring work to home but judging from the situation any extra time at home will be beneficial. Just remember that to always allocate time for yourself and your loved ones because it will definitely improve your overall physical and mental wellbeing, Just remember that in life, every employee is expendable. However, you are only as valuable as you are happy and alive. Hope the situation can improve at home!

Just remember the most important thing is to give something that you yourself don't mind receiving! Try to avoid regifting old gifts, food, FMCG goods and display items. Personally I always look at xiaomi products as they have a wide range of home & living, tech gadgets cheap and good. If all else fails, most stores and ecommerce do sell gift cards which I am sure everyone would be happy to receive.

Really depends on your situation. If you're financially comfortable and it makes you happy then go for it. Once in awhile you got to treat yourself. Cheers!

I work in Media and I think the degree you have don't really matter. Just go for whichever makes you happier. Which type of media role are you referring to? For example advertising, creative etc.
