I don't want to rage quit but i am working in a dead end job and the i dislike the working culture with little support and teamwork. It's a blame game with little room to grow and i'm getting very tired of it.

If all your finances and insurances are taken care of, what is stopping you from leaving? Look for a job before you quit, otherwise, take a short break if your emergency fund allows for it

You cannot change other people and culture flows too down. it's wise to leave toxic culture for your own mental health

Fully understand your predicament. Though it is best to leave a job with another job awaiting, sometimes that may not be possible due to the toxicity of the current work environment which could cause you "suffocation" any minute. Health in any form, comes first! So, as long as you have at least 6-month emergency fund in place, just throw in your resignation letter.
