A good question, but i will go for the 100k for a few years, save up and invest or create passion income with the extra and then change to the job that i want.

Depends on which life stage you're at. i'm in my 20s, so i'd rather make $100,000 a year doing a job you don't like! a job is a job! i can work on my passions and hobbies outside of work!

If u think u can live with 30k,

Get the 100k job. Spend 30k. Save the rest to create passive income over the next few several etc years.

Then hey, u created a 30k annual passive income already. Now u can choose to work yur 30k job passionately and also receive 30k from your alternate source of income.

Or hey, since u think u can live on 30k. Lazy to work after the stressful 100k job? Retire? Haha
