Would you prefer a Cancer only CI coverage or a multiay CI plan?

While most relapses are due to cancer, it seems, is it wise to get multipay plans (they seem expensive) or a cancer standalone plan? Wanna hear thoughts to see if i missed out on certain considerations.

Multipay plans may not cover the same cancer or same cancer same stage if replased. got to see the policy wordings carefully. also, definitation of CI is so strict (read: a_n_a_l) that perhaps only doctors understand them. so need to get the doctor to word exactly what the claims department want to see. i happen to know of a case where the patient is frail and limping but still have to go down personally to service centre with xray and reports just to file a claim. so make sure your insurer/agent is someone who is trustworthy, can explain policy clearly, who can help do the paperwork for you and who will not run away when the time comes.

For a fully accelerated CI/ECI rider on a life plan, would this be considered CI coverage only? Do I then have to get a separate term plan to cover death/TPD/TI?

Is it true that even if you have early living care plus from SAF term plan, if you are diagnosed with late stage cancer, you wont be paid early CI coverage?
