Would you open a Citi Plus account?

Is it worth to open a citi plus account? Comparing to other saving accounts like CIMB FastSaver, citi plus seems to have a lower interest rate than others.

I like the idea of additional interest rates link to mortgage, especially since housing loan is increasing in rate. Only wished it will be higher!
