Would you consider buying commercial shops as your 2nd property to plan for retirement and save on ABSD of at least 20%? Why / why not?

I feel it is a bit risky.

Have seen so many commercial developments fail and I am not familiar with the space.

Other than immediate demand, location etc, the way the mall/commercial building manager manages the tenant mix can impact the desirability of your property as well
