I have bought a saving insurance plan at DBS Bank after opening a multiplier account with them two years back.

Hi! If your question is if you continue paying for your saving plan with DBS by Manulife then yes the saving plan will continue. Are you on GIRO or do you manually pay yourself by AXS / CASH? Feel free to contact me @ 81683965 for a review on this cheers

Hello anon,
Yes, your policy would still continue as long as you pay your premiums in full and on time.
Thus, the ability to ensure that your premiums are sustainable is important. If you cancel or surrender such policies before maturity, the cash value that is payable to you may be zero or less than the premiums paid. Thus cancelling is a last resort.
I hope DBS did a proper analysis of your cashflow, contingency etc.
If you face challenges with the payment, consider reducing the sum assured to reduce the premiums, or converting it to a reduced paid up policy. Surrender should be the last option.
