Would like to hear. Methods/plan on assist aged PR parent at 76yrs old with insurance and monthly expenses. His doesn't have cpf payout nor coverage for health excl(medishield) .

Then just setup up his retirement fund using CPF (as baseline) by topping up his CPF for CPF payouts. Any excess which you think can be used, can be thrown to other areas for wealth preservation.

For insurance, its a matter of self-insurance since you cannot buy any policies ( at least from what i know), except the government mandated medishield life.
