Firstly, important is to review your ILP see whether it still meets your investments or not. talk to your trusted adviser see what alternatives or recommendations there are.
then, others really depends on what are your goals, convictions, hands on or hands off investing. then review whether your current portfolio still serve your needs moving forward. for eg, i don't know whether your portfolio is more geared towards growth or balance. on one hand, you have stashaway 22% (balanced) but endowus 100% equities (higher risk).
there is some overlap of S&P500 in stashaway, endowus and DBS RSP, some more you still buy own VOO. don't know if there is more overlap in prulink funds.
eg, if you believe in the future is crypto and growth, then put more into crypto, QQQ, apple. but if you are the kind who is risk adverse, then continue with RSP robos or VOO.
hope this helps.
