Withdrawing from TD Ameritrade SG

I am aware of the 25usd fee when doing withdrawal from TD Ameritrade SG. But it seems like I'm only able to withdraw in USD via wire transfer.

May I know what's the best method to withdraw the fund?

I'm thinking of withdrawing it to my DBS Mutli Currency in USD, may I know if there's any fees if I do this?
