Hi there!

There’s no best time or bad time to “buy in”.

With certain sectors/ companies recovering, it won’t be long before good companies start performing well again. Not buying now may result in regret later.

Of course, do your due diligence before choosing what you want to invest in.

Interested in buying REITs but don't know when is a good time to do so. Unlike for stocks when markets crash, you know it's a good time to buy. But under what conditions would it be good to buy REITs?

Do you invest in the STI? Singapore's market is very niche and that will also mean it can be risky to invest in Singapore stocks. Would you encourage people to buy Singapore stocks?
