With the decrease in SCB Jumpstart's interest rate to 0.40% from 1%, what are some alternative options to grow emergency savings?

As much as I don't have much savings right now as a student (~4k ish), I'm trying to accumulate capital and earn more money rather than investing given the climate right now as well. Any advice would be appreciated!
