Investors may be reluctant to invest in the Chinese tech sector when there is uncertainty and negative news surrounding the sector. That said, many of the Chinese tech stocks have corrected quite significantly and valuations have now come down to more attractive levels. We are of the view that the Chinese government will not over-regulate and thus we are positive on the outlook in the longer term.
