CEO/The BOSS 😆 at “Never Liked Working in a Job” Pte Ltd

I'm also the sort of quiet quitter.

In a corporate world, it's usually the good guys leave, while the badass boss/colleague/mentor lives on.

Honestly, I'm nowhere near climbing to the top of the corporate ladder.

I'm usually at the bottom.

Thus, instead of climbing the corporate ladder, I thought, why not own the ladder and create multiple sources of income for oneself. Then there's no need to quiet-quit anymore. Thus that's what I did. 😄

  • It wont. If quiet quit is done properly, people will still love you, nobody will notice. That is why its call quiet.
  • Quiet quitting is just doing what is required, but not going above & beyond. Just doing your job, respecting your own time.
  • if you dont even respect your time, nobody will.
  • Not to confuse with slacking on the job or pushing responsibilities.
  • Be efficient with your work, finish before deadline then act busy. Always on time and your works are correct.
  • Then you will have alot of time to do your own stuff on the side. If company dont want to reward you, you must reward yourself. Earn more $$$.
  • Quiet quitters are actually the most efficient people in the office.
  • Nobody will want to be a quiet quitter by choice, if the manager reward their staff properly.
  • Every effort should be rewarded adequately, if there is no reward by going above and beyond, why so serious?
