With a small capital to begin with, should I use dollar cost averaging for a few individual REITs or should i just use dollar cost averaging for 1 REIT ETF?
I'll suggest avoiding the reit etf. Doesn't make sense to pay a management fees on top of sales charges and get a lower dividend yield as compared to choosing your own reit. Personally I'm doing dca into a mapletree reit on a monthly basis with a small amount
